Workshop-Grade Repair, Without the Trip

Some faults simply cannot be fixed across a desk. A laptop that will not power on, a cracked display, a swollen battery, a desktop that restarts under load — these need the machine opened on an anti-static bench, measured, repaired and then left running under test. That is what our offsite laptop and desktop repair service is for.

You tell us the model and the symptom, we arrange collection, and the device goes straight to the same workshop that refurbishes and grades the business laptops and desktops we sell. Once the fault is identified you receive a clear quote. After your approval we repair, test and return the device.

Offsite repair works equally well for a single laptop or a batch of machines from an office refresh, and it is open to devices bought from any vendor.

Devices and brands we repair

Our workshop handles the business-class machines most Indian offices run on: Dell Latitude, Precision and OptiPlex; HP EliteBook, ProBook, ZBook, ProDesk and EliteDesk; Lenovo ThinkPad, ThinkCentre and ThinkStation; along with all-in-one PCs and other mainstream models. If you are unsure whether your model is supported, send us the model number and we will confirm before pickup.

Offsite or onsite — which should you book?

If the device still powers on and the issue is software, networking, a printer or a simple part swap, an onsite repair visit is usually faster. If it needs to be dismantled, soldered or soak-tested, offsite repair gives a more reliable result. Businesses that want both options available on demand, with scheduled servicing included, typically move to an annual maintenance contract.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does offsite repair mean?

Offsite repair means the device is taken to our service workshop instead of being fixed at your premises. We arrange pickup, diagnose and repair the laptop or desktop on a workbench with the right tools and spare parts, test it, and deliver it back to you.

Which faults are better handled offsite than onsite?

Anything that needs the machine opened up fully or tested over several hours: motherboard and chip-level faults, liquid damage, broken hinges and body panels, screen replacement, charging-circuit problems and intermittent shutdowns.

How long does an offsite repair take?

It depends on the fault and on spare-part availability. Straightforward replacements are usually quicker than board-level work. After diagnosis we share an expected timeline along with the quote so you can plan around it.

Is my data safe while the laptop is at your workshop?

We work on the fault, not your files, and we do not format or reinstall without your consent. As with any hardware repair, we recommend keeping a backup of important data before handing over the device; if the drive itself is failing, tell us and we will discuss data backup options first.

What if I decide not to go ahead after the diagnosis?

You are free to decline the quote. The device is returned to you in the condition it was received. Any diagnosis or logistics charges that apply are communicated before pickup.

Laptop or Desktop Not Working?

Send us the model and the problem. We will arrange pickup and share a diagnosis and quote.
